Training

Quantum Technologies provides custom designed onsite training for each client institution’s requirements.

Training presentation agendas are created to allow maximum resource participation.  Training topics are scheduled to allow for maximum participant retention.  Training guides and documentation are provided for use during the training sessions as well as afterward.

Quantum also provides ‘just in time’ training for your institution’s internal super users and/or trainers. This real-time onsite training allows for on-going training of new staff and resources.

In accordance with our belief that ERP implementations, upgrades and on-going support need not be delivered

with a high price tag, we also provide our training services at rates that are considerably lower than many other training partners.

We provide one week of post training support for every week of our onsite training. This allows class participants to ask questions after they have had an opportunity to utilize the training in their daily schedule. This is yet another service Quantum offers which many other training partners fail to deliver.

Quantum also has “vanilla” online training courses available that are beneficial to institutions which utilize vanilla Oracle/PeopleSoft business processes.
