PeopleSoft Enterprise Implementation and Upgrade Services

Stage 1: Strategy/Assessment

Stage 2: Planning


The Planning stage utilizes the strategy stage to formulate detailed plans and schedules of project tasks, project organization, project support structure, and pre-implementation review. This proactive approach  creates an effective, timely project plan that addresses your institution’s needs.


Stage 3: Change Management


Our Change Management philosophy successfully integrates new business processes and workflows without affecting productivity.  The transition into utilizing PeopleSoft allows for both newly enhanced functionality and removing workarounds.


Stage 4: System Installation


The culmination of the assessment and planning stages provide us with a guide for the design and construction of your database. Quantum Technology can provide remote functional or technical services during this stage, saving your institution travel costs.


Stage 5: Testing and Training


Quantum Technologies functional team members guide you through the progression of unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing to ensure that your test plans are the most effective for your business processes.  Effective testing allows your staff and end users to utilize the new functionality and process flow prior to implementation and Go-Live. 


Stage 6: Go-Live and Production Support


We provide support to your institution during and immediately following Go-Live.  This guarantees a smooth transition into PeopleSoft implementation. Depending upon your needs, our remote lab support service can provide you with a broad ‘safety net’ as you ramp up day-to-day production support.
