Streamlined Implementations

The timely implementation of a new system, coupled with the need for cost savings, is one of the most important challenges faced by institutions. This is especially true for smaller schools with limited resources, such as Community and Technical Colleges. Therefore, Quantum Technologies has designed a one of a kind implementation methodology that addresses these issues and is specific to each institution.  The approach is known as “the Streamline methodology”.

Our consultants, who all have extensive knowledge of Oracle/PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, HCM, and financials, have created a rapid implementation cycle. The cycle a methodology that leverages “best practices” with "pre-configurations" of tables to ensure a speedy, successful implementation. The streamline methodology is only utilized after each institution is independently evaluated and passes and approves of the methodology. In addition, our reasonable billing rates allow qualified schools (community and technical colleges) to enjoy the Oracle/PeopleSoft ERP system at a significantly lower cost than the typical implementation methodology.
